Terms and Conditions for ZoomShot

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using ZoomShot (the "App" or "Service") operated by Pulsehoarding Solution LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using ZoomShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Service

ZoomShot provides camera, photo, image viewing, zooming, or image-related features. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms under the laws applicable to you. If you use ZoomShot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

If ZoomShot offers account creation or login features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use or security issue.

4. User Content and Permissions

You may use ZoomShot to capture, view, process, edit, or manage images or other content. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use, upload, share, or process any content through the App.

You agree not to use ZoomShot to create, store, upload, or share illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit the App except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, networks, security systems, or other users.
• Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.

6. Intellectual Property

ZoomShot, including its software, design, graphics, logos, features, and content provided by the Company, is owned by Pulsehoarding Solution LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Your use of ZoomShot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App.

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

If ZoomShot offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, purchases may be processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds, cancellations, and billing are subject to the terms of the app store or payment provider unless otherwise required by law.

10. Updates and Changes to the App

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of ZoomShot at any time. We may also release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some features may require an Internet connection or updated software.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Disclaimers

ZoomShot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsehoarding Solution LLP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsehoarding Solution LLP and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the App.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pulsehoarding Solution LLP from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Pulsehoarding Solution LLP, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
